General_{▪ All commissions are experimental to some degree. If you are not okay with this please refrain from commissioning.▪ I reserve the right to refuse any commission, trade or request for any reason, disclosed or not.▪ I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any point.▪ Any innapropriate/rude behaviour will not be tolerated and may cause your commission to be canceled if it occurs.▪ If you need your commission done by a certain date, let me know before I accept your commission. I won't accept a deadline less than 2 weeks.▪ Both parties agree to keep any sensitive or personally identifying information private. This includes payment information, more discreet contact info, dead/legal names, etc.}Payment_{▪ Do not send payment until I accept your commission and we have agreed on the final price for the piece.▪ All commissions must be paid for in full upfront.▪ Accepted currency is USD.▪ Payment VIA Paypal or Ko-fi Only. If you request many small changes, I may charge extra.▪ Any major changes, such as; an outfit change, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely. On my days off I may answer messages from clients, but I will not be providing updates. You’re welcome to message on these days, but please don’t expect any responces until it is one of my scheduled days.}Cancelation & Refund Policy_{▪ If I can't finish the commissioned piece due to things happening on my end, I'll refund the client in full.▪ If payment has not yet been sent, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.▪ If you cancel before the sketch is done, you will receive a full refund.▪ If you cancel after receiving the sketch, you will receive a partial refund (% depends on commission type and complexity). You're free to keep the sketch and use it according to the permissions described in the next section below.▪ If you request a refund after the sketch has been approved and I have already made decent progress, then you will recieve a partial refund (% depends on completion level).▪ Refund requests for finished/nearly finished pieces are not accepted.▪Please contact me before doing a chargeback. Please note that use on Twitch, Youtube, Patreon and any other ad/donation supported sites is considered commercial.With commercial rights you are allowed to; make any sort of merchandise with the artwork, use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with it.Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
