General
_{All commissions are experimental to some degree. If you are not okay with this please refrain from commissioning.}
_{I reserve the right to refuse any commission, trade or request for any reason, disclosed or not.}
_{I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any point.}
_{Any innapropriate/rude behaviour will not be tolerated and may cause your commission to be canceled if it occurs. Further behaviour will get you blacklisted.}
_{I do not accept deadlines. Commissions will take usually 2-3 weeks depending on work scheduling. Feel free to ask for updates at any time or check the trello.}
_{Both parties agree to keep any sensitive or personally identifying information private. This includes payment information, more discreet contact info, dead/legal names, etc.}

Payment
_{Do not send payment until I accept your commission and we have agreed on the final price for the piece.}
_{I prefer commissions be paid for in full upfront, but I will allow payment plans. As long as the full total has been paid, I will start on your piece.}
_{Animated commissions should be paid after the rough sketch is approved. This is due to prices of fps differing and wanting to settle the final price, rather than adding any extra frames during the process.}
_{Accepted currency is USD.}
_{Payment VIA Paypal or Ko-fi Only. I will not cover any extra costs that result from incorrect payments.}

Process & Revissions
_{Contact me on Discord, Instagram, Toyhouse or by Email if you are interested in commissioning me. Once I get back to you, please include all of the details & reference photos of the commission you're after.}
_{If an actual character reference is not provided and only text or a moodboard is, I will consider this a custom. This means I would be the design owner/creator and the original price will rise to custom prices. I will not always accept these kinds of commissions. Be sure to check my About Me for if Customs are open or not.}
_{W.I.P Updates will be when the artwork is ready for approval inbetween each stage. Feel free to ask for additional updates, I will be happy to show you additional W.I.Ps as I progress through the artwork- But do not rush me. I have a schedule and will do your commission during that time. Check my trello for extra updates.}
_{You are welcome to ask me to edit things during the sketch revisions as many times as you'd like free of charge.}
_{You may request up to 5 small changes at any time and point in the process. Exceeding this number will come with an additional small fee per extra change.}
_{Any major changes midway during the process, such as; an outfit change, different pose, complex background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely or go back to the sketching stage for the piece, will come with an extra charge.}
_{If requested for an additional fee upon asked to change something. Your commission will be put on hold until that is either cancelled or paid.}
_{To check my weekly schedule, which is likely to change per week because I am casual, please refer back to my trello. On my working days I may answer messages from clients. You’re welcome to message on these days, but please don’t expect any responces until it is one of my scheduled art days.}

Cancelation & Refund Policy
_{If I can't finish the commissioned piece due to things happening on my end, I'll refund the client in full. This does not include any Paypal fees.}
_{If payment has not yet been sent, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.}
_{If you cancel before the sketch is done or after it is done but you have changed your mind, you will receive a full refund. And I recieve full rights to repurpose whatever progress has been made}
_{If you cancel and request a refund after the sketch has been received & approved, then you will recieve a partial refund (% depends on completion level). You're free to keep the sketch/whatever level completion the work made it to and use it according to my useage permissions below.}
_{Refund requests for finished/nearly finished pieces are not accepted.}
_{Please contact me before doing a chargeback. I am open to discussing refunds, so there shouldn't be a reason for one.}
_{If you file a chargeback without contacting me prior or if you do so when i have already finished your art, your right to anything I have ever made for you will be retracted and i may repurpose it however i see fit . Since it wasn't paid for it isn't yours. You will be blacklisted, blocked and your name will be publicly posted as a warning to others. I also have every right to file a dispute/complaint and to the money you have given me.}

Designs & Adopts
_{Crediting for original design is mandatory.}
_{I will hold Characters/Adopts for a maximum of 2 weeks. If no news of payment/your offer comes in that time they will be avalible again.}
_{This will be your character from now on. As long as they are not used in problematic material, you may use them as you wish.}
_{If the design has a TH profile, do not private or delete it please. I like to check up on them sometimes, and this also serves for archival purposes.}
_{It is not required to notify me about any kinds of transfers or anything.}
_{Resales/trades/gifts should be on a personal basis, with added value thru personal art, commissions paid with real money, etc.}
_{Do not sell for more money than you bought the character/design for unless there has been some kind of extra art added.}

Copyright & Usage Policy
_{Artworks/Designs made by RedMageofVoid are never to be sold or minted as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or used in any blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.}
_{Artworks/Designs made by RedMageofVoid are never to be reproduced/fed into AI programs/bots or any future inventions in the space.}
_{Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way) is considered infringement.}
_{Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork is considered infringement.}
_{Removing any watermarks/signatures is considered infringement.}

As the Artist, I;
_{hold every right to the produced artwork.}
_{am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to Promote myself, display & post it anywhere.}
_{may recycle sketches discarded by the client and other unused preparatory work for future projects or future ideas for other artworks.}

As the Client, you may;
_{Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use. This includes; in edits, use on websites/social media, posting the full size version & any wips with credit, and making prints or other goods for yourself or as unpaid gifts.}
_{Claim the right of your character(s) but not the artwork itself.}
_{Use the art to promote yourself with proper credit given to the artist.}
_{Purchase Commercial rights to the artwork at any time for 200% of the original price. With commercial rights you are allowed to; make any sort of merchandise with the artwork, use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with it.}
_{Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.}
